This sensational and entertaining sport is inspired by surfing mixing speed and adrenaline. This young discipline consists of flying above the water thanks to an electric surfboard. The activity was invented in Hawaii by Laird Hamilton in 2009.

The E-Foil is made up of three essential elements: the wing, the board and the foil. The board is similar to that of a surfboard. It is only wider which allows for better balance. It is the only element that remains on the surface. The foil is a kind of mast connecting the wing to the board. It is composed of a propeller and an electric motor which has many advantages since it is silent and environmentally friendly.

Estrérel Aventures introduces you to the practice of e-foiling to train you to glide on the water. It's an excellent way to discover the Agay Bay in an original way.
