Ciclope Climb

Ciclope Climb, is a sports center based in Rome, managed by the Climbing Side sports association, which promotes the practice of indoor climbing through a various series of educational activities for adults and children.

Made up of a competent and professional staff and equipped with a large equipped gym, the center offers the opportunity to follow:
Basic Courses:

• Beginner courses: lasting three weeks with an outing on the rock.
• School courses: the playful aspect of climbing greatly stimulates children's ability to concentrate, while at the same time allowing them to have fun.

Advanced Courses: to improve the techniques learned previously, dealing with topics such as strength, resistance, mobility, tactics, technique, coordination.

The courses will be held by expert climbing instructors who will provide you with all the knowledge necessary to learn to climb and progress over time.

Each course is structured into theoretical and practical lessons carried out in the gym with the related exercises, including trips to practice rock climbing in the open air.

You will learn to live the adventure by climbing on artificial and natural walls and to dedicate yourself to an adrenaline-filled discipline that will certainly fascinate you.
