The Hérault is a department and a river: the Bureau des Moniteurs de la Vallée de l'Hérault Kayak invites you to enjoy its azure blue color and the landscape which borders it. Come slide along the meanders from the Cévennes towards the valleys of the Gard and the Hérault !

The team of state-certified instructors will guide you in your activity and provide you with the necessary equipment so that you can enjoy Kayaking in complete safety: paddle, life jacket, waterproof container and boat for 1 or 2 people!

They offer you 4 different hiking packages, it’s up to you to choose:

• Sunset and night hike in the Cévennes: leave at the end of the afternoon to watch the sunset in a spectacular setting.

Expression which means "railway" in Latin, formerly used by the Italian army to cross the inaccessible passes of the Alps, this activity is between climbing, caving and hiking.

The office's state-certified instructors invite you to come and experience an unforgettable adventure above the Hérault Gorges (near Montpellier). You will discover an artificial path which crosses the limestone massif of Massif du Thaurac, at the gates of the Cévennes.

The Thaurac massif is located near Montpellier, between the Gardand the Hérault, hidden in its interior an impressive underground world!

Caving is an activity particularly suitable for all ages and levels! The Hérault Valley Speleology Monitors Office has selected the most interesting caves in the region for you.

You will learn, with the help of the office's qualified instructors, progression techniques: descents into the void, narrow passages, concrete rooms and even a hundred meter cat flap!

You will acquire the snake technique (ramping), the ease of the spider (climbing), the fluidity of the cat (cat flap) and the velocity of the bear!

You have several Caving packages within the club, namely:

• Cave of the Two Fours: come and explore the network of theCave of the Two Fours, perfect for an introduction to caving.< /li>
