The Samoens Guides Office takes you to an idyllic setting to practice canyoning in the most beautiful areas of the region.

You will go to different canyons during half-day collective services! As an initiation, you can go to Le Clevieux. For more thrills, outings are organized to the Balme canyon, that of Giffre, Nyon, or the Foron canyon...

The center offers day trips to more technical canyons such as Pont du Diable, Angon...

Thecanyons of Haute Savoie have many surprises in store for you and you will enjoy abseiling, swimming, walking in the canyons! The instructors give you the necessary equipment and accompany you in the canyons for your safety as well as to give you the right advice at the right time!

The Samoëns Guides Office invites you to leave your mark on the snowy terrain of the mountain.

Enjoy a sealskin climb to the heights of the mountain and come back down onski touring. You descend on the most beautiful areas of Chamonix, the Vallée Blanche or the Aiguille du Midi.

A guide can also take you to the areas of the region! Want to ski at the Portes du Soleil or Argentière? Don’t hesitate to ask them for advice. An instructor will accompany you to allow you to ski in complete safety.

The center also offers heliskiing services for off-piste enthusiasts. The helicopter can drop you off in Val d’Aosta, Petit Combin, Gaut Val d’Hérens... but also abroad! Go to Russia or Turkey and experience an unforgettable and exceptional moment!

In all cases, you are leaving with a professional in the mountain environment, a great knowledge of the terrain and its specificities.

Bureau des Guides de Samoens Snowshoes offers you original outings in the heart of winter.

Discover the mountain trails and enjoy snowshoe outings adapted to your desires. You will have the choice between numerous services:

• Half day: You will leave with a guide who will take you on themed hikes to help you discover the fauna, flora and landscapes of the valley in winter
• Night Snowshoeing and Igloo: Enjoy an evening of snowshoe hiking with an Eskimo aperitif. Savoyard fondue and igloo will be there
• Ruisseling : wild walk on the frozen streams of Haute Savoie on snowshoes! An unusual outing for everyone!
• Itinerant raid : snowshoe raid of 1 to 6 days in the surroundings of the Haut Giffre massif
• Weekend Escape : Treat yourself to an extraordinary weekend in the surroundings of Samoëns. It’s an opportunity to take a break from your daily life and escape to the heart of the mountains.

The center also offers à la carte outings allowing you to go as you wish, for the time you want. It’s also an opportunity to mark an event! Enjoy a cake in an igloo for a children's birthday party, for example!

Bureau des Guides de Samoens offers youleisure hikes for families or sports enthusiastsdepending on your level, in order to discover the magic of the Haut Giffre Valley.

Enjoy an outing with an instructor in the mid-mountains, in the heart of a magical and wonderful world! The center offers a program established over a week with different outings adapted to all types of practitioners!

You can go to the summits of the Giffre Valley, a walk to discover marmots or chamois, special hiking days for children... Some outings are punctuated by snacks, raclettes, and discoveries of local heritage!

For the more sporty, weekly hikes are organized. Embark on the Tour du Mont Blanc or the Dents Blanches.

In between, you will find outings over 2 or 3 days with overnight stays in one of the many mountain refuges. Cross Samoëns, discover the Cirque du Fer à Cheval...

Bureau des Guides de Samoens takes you into the world of verticality with its climbing services!

Climbingwith the center will allow you to take on the major routes in the area, taking advantage of spots on the Mont Blanc, Morzinoise or Copains d’Abord massifs. Limestone or Granite, you will have the choice between numerous climbing possibilities!

The guides office also offers services inClimbing school for children. Internships are planned per week for young people aged 5 and over. Children will be able to safely learn natural gestures relating to climbing, belaying and discovering autonomy.

Introductory and advanced courses will be offered to climbers wishing to embark on rock and ice climbing courses in Haute Savoie. Launch yourself onto the Tines cliff and into the Pre-Alps.

Bureau des Guides de Samoens Via Ferrata offers you a unique outing dedicated to adventure and the mountains.

Mountain guides will be at your disposal to accompany you on the various via ferratas in the region. They are able to take you on any type of route depending on your level. You will leave for half a day, on the Via ferrata du Mont à Sixt Fer à cheval, on the Via de Curalla, on Avoriaz...

Two via ferratas are offered for the day: La Tour du Jallouvre and Les Saix de Miolene.
If you are still new to the practice of via ferrata, and you are looking for a fun route without technical difficulty, you will have the opportunity to try the Via Corda Alpina des Mottets.

The equipment is provided to you, and you will have a helmet, a harness, a via ferrata lanyard and a shock absorber.

Bureau des Guides de Samoens Caving takes you to a mythical chasm: the Jean Bernard chasm!

Located in Foilly, theGouffre Jean Bernardwill surprise you with its geological characteristics, its spaces and its reliefs hidden under the surface. This vertical outing is rather reserved for participants who have already practiced caving, and wish to get their fill of sensations.

You will also have the opportunity to enter the caves of Mégevette or Balme which are a perfect start for aninitiation to caving.The mountain guides offer you all the necessary technical equipment, from wetsuits to individual lighting.

Caving is open to adults and children. The region enjoys a worldwide reputation for caving. Dare to adventure with the professionals of the Bureau des Guides.

The Samoens Guides Office takes you to the Haut Giffre valley by mountain bike!

Unique outings will allow you to practice mountain biking in Haut Giffre, whatever your level. The guides take you with their bike on routes adapted to the participants, from beginners to experts.

During the summer months, you can climb the mountain using the ski lifts, and enjoy descents to Samoëns or Morillon.

The instructors, Florian and Manue, also offer mountain bike outings based on escape. You will leave for weekends organized according to a calendar. Everyone will find the mountain bike weekend suited to their desires: beginner, expert, cross country...

You will have the opportunity to go onà la carte mountain bike raids, and enjoy multi-day outings through the most beautiful landscapes of our country: Grand Tour du Jura, Haut Giffre or all other destination of your choice.
