Bonne Grimpe takes you on various routes located in the canyons of the region. Canyoning can be practiced by everyone and will allow you to make a watery descent between pools and waterfalls!

The instructors provide you with helmets, wetsuits and neoprene slippers to descend the canyons of the Ubaye Valley, but also those of Barcelonnette.

Different routes are possible depending on the level of the participants:

• Discovery canyoning: an initiation lasting 2 to 2.5 hours which will allow you to discover the activity while putting into practice rope techniques borrowed from climbing such as abseiling in waterfalls!< /li>
• Canyoning Expert: this is the discovery part + 1h30 of descent on a part where the water flow is higher. The route ends on a via ferrata which will take you above the lion's den. An unforgettable experience!

Bonne Grimpe invites you to enjoy anintroduction to climbing, and not in just any site since you will practice in the natural sites of the Calanques!

Your instructor will take you climbing in the Calanques, whatever your current level. Beginners will be guided to suitable sites, allowing them to quickly and optimally acquire the basics of climbing. You will discover the equipment, belaying and rope techniques, abseiling, and the main techniques allowing you to climb in the best conditions.

The center's professional is available to listen to you at all times and will offer you a personalized service according to your level. The most experienced climbers will be able to have fun on the long routes and on the most beautiful cliffs in the area.

Want to embark on a Via Ferrata in the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence? Bonne Grimpe takes you on theVia Ferrata of La Motte du Caire.

This course is located approximately 2 hours from Marseille. It offers progressive difficulty. This allows, depending on the duration and the journey taken, to adapt the level of difficulty to the group.

The Via Ferrata is located on a cliff more than 250 meters high. You will climb the fixed ladders and can launch yourself onto a rope bridge above the void! You will experience a real air trip, with family or friends as you wish. An instructor accompanies you on this course, considered one of the most beautiful in the South, and provides you with harnesses and helmets in addition to supervision for a safe and stress-free outing.

Unlike traditional adventure courses, Bonne Grimpe offers you cliff courses.

Thesesemi-hiking, semi-climbing courses, you will benefit, just like for the acrobatic courses in the trees, from various workshops which will allow you to get your fill of sensations.

You will discover 4 distinct routes:

• Cap Canaille: Several reminders, July 14 caves suspended in the void... let yourself be surprised by the magic of this grandiose itinerary!
• Bec de Sormiou: go around the bec in the Calanques de Sormiou. A route above the sea!
• Morgiou: climbing passages to alternate with abseils!
• Ramond crossing : relatively sporty route with roped passages in wild and preserved landscapes.
