The Traversate Association organizes hiking activities of various kinds in the mountains.

Based in Rome, the association has as its main objective the promotion of sports hiking and recreational by organizing different activities:

Among the activities proposed by Traversate stand out not only opportunities for excursions of one or more days, but also interesting and very useful cross-country skiing courses and orienteering , as well as activities specifically aimed at school groups.

With Traversate you will enter a new dimension of hiking, based on the preparation and knowledge of the mountain and the environment in which you move, through the development of the individual skills of the hiker, who will thus also undertake unforgettable solo crossings, as well as the collaborative spirit, essential for group crossings.

ASD Cross Country Ski Traversate organizes ski courses to approach winter hiking in the mountains.

Thanks to the Traversate Association you will find many proposals for nature lovers who want to test themselves with the mountain environment, including trekking, crossings, mountain biking and much more.

Among the activities of Traversate not to be missed are the Cross Country Skiing courses held by the FISI instructors of the Livata-Campo dell'Osso ski resort and aimed at all those who want to acquire o develop techniques that allow movement, physical activity and sport in snowy environments.

Among the objectives contemplated by the Cross Country Ski Traversing course:

• acquisition of basic techniques for moving on a beaten track
• knowledge and correct use of the equipment required by the activity
• development of movement skills in snowy environments for simple hiking trails

The association based in Rome offers a large number of different types of activities, within excursion activities , and many opportunities for excursions and trips to Italy and abroad , with which you can immerse yourself in incredible landscapes and rediscover direct contact with nature.

In winter, the trekking activities that Traversate organizes are transformed, in the high mountains, into suggestive excursions on fresh snow. ASD Traversate Climbing organizes basic climbing courses in the gym.

This association promoting hiking activities organizes courses , outings and exploration trips in the most beautiful mountain locations with different practices, including trekking , skiing , orienteering , and much more.

Among the courses offered by the Association you can participate in an unmissable basic climbing course which will train you in the technical aspect, through notions and practice aimed at deepening the main technical-motor aspects and acquiring safety maneuvers in progression such as knots, belay systems and correct use of materials

All courses will be held at gymnasium with which the association has an agreement and under the constant supervision and guidance of qualified instructors to teach the activity.
