Let's move on to the different offers available in the Cassis area.

The only thing left to determine is which form of activity best suits you now that you've decided to hop into a kayak and paddle the turquoise seas of Cassis. Keep in mind that all of the alternatives below begin in La Ciotat, located near Cassis.

• Enjoy a half-day sea kayaking tour that begins in La Ciotat, as previously described. Following an initial briefing by the instructors who will accompany you throughout the tour, you will spend a peaceful half-day paddling in front of the Calanques de Marseille on the seas of Cassis. You will be able to admire its cliffs and shallows, and you will stop for lunch in the middle of a 'calanque' (creek), with the option of swimming in the sea before returning. We recommend this choice for groups because it can be completed by anywhere from 5 to 11 people, making it perfect for both families and groups of friends.

• Sea kayaking day excursion: This is not a half-day trip but a full day on the Cassis seashores, taking in vistas of the region's caves, cliffs, and 'calanques' from your kayak. You can also have a picnic in the heart of nature and dive into the magnificent Mediterranean Sea's turquoise waves.

• Half-day individual kayak rental: With this activity, you will leave La Ciotat to experience the charm of Marseille's coast to discover its magnificent 'calanques' in a sea kayak. You can even visit Cassis or enjoy your stay in the Provençal waters.

• Day-long Kayak Rental: Visiting the 'Calanques' is exciting enough, but doing so from the water is even better! This option allows you to spend 6 hours in the heart of a stunningly preserved natural setting. You will paddle for an extended time and experience a sporty discovery of the Mediterranean shore, making this a fantastic holiday with friends.

• Half-day double kayak rental: This is the best alternative for spending time together on the waters of Cassis for 3 hours and discovering the Calanques de Marseille in a sporting manner. This is the offer for couples or best friends looking for a fun activity on the waters of Marseille.

• Daytime tandem kayak rental: The tandem sea kayak, also available for two people, will allow you to spend a long time on the seas of Cassis and Marseille. Indeed, you will spend 6 hours here crossing the Calanques with another person for a fun and sporting experience without being extreme.

• Half-day canoeing trip: If you've already tried kayaking and want to learn more, or if this option appeals to you more than the others, come learn about one of the oldest vessels in existence: the canoe, for four hours. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect for large groups because of its 20 m body. Bigger groups can enjoy a great time together on the coast of Provence and discover the scenery of the creeks.

• Finally, the One-Day Canoeing Getaway: In this case, you will also board a canoe, this boat, to spend 6 hours on the waters of Cassis, in groups, admiring the beautiful cliffs and shallows that this region has to offer.
