The Franciacorta Autodrome, named after Daniel Bonara, is a technical alternation of curves, hairpin bends and straights of 2519.28 meters x 12.00 constants in length .
The electronic kart system used at the Autodromo di Franciacorta allows the same performance as petrol vehicles with acceleration speeds from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, with the great advantage to further facilitate driving, making it suitable even for karting novices.
The track is designed to guarantee fun in the race, guaranteeing riders the same performance as the outdoor track, and with an entirely asphalt surface.
The track also boasts careful lighting design, which guarantees beautiful plays of light that make it a constantly renewed track.
Technical data:
- Start/finish straight of 519.08 metres,
- Thirteen curves in total, scattered along the track (8 on the right and 5 on the left) with a radius of curvature that ranges from 16 m on the V curve to 90 m on the IX,
- The slope of the track goes from 3% + on the east straight, to 4.53% at the exit from the curve,
The racetrack hosts a Safe Driving Center with five equipped areas in which it will be possible to recreate different road surface conditions that may be encountered during driving activities off the track. Within these, those enrolled in the courses will be able to simulate various conditions and learn the techniques to act accordingly, dealing with cases of skidding, walls of water and much more in total safety.
Free practice sessions on the track will also be possible at the Francecortasono Autodromo.
