Scuderia La Matassina

The Scuderia La Matassina is the riding school and pony club active in Piobesi Torinese, in the province of Turin.

The structure offers different services in the equestrian field, as well as being a Horse Therapy Center is in fact: horse boarding, horse training, breeding of Friesian and Hanoverian horses.

The activities of the equestrian school focus on the basic concepts of horse riding, to develop a relationship of awareness and trust between the rider and the animal, as well as to make the rider safe in the saddle, which translates into a particular attention to flat work .

Particular attention is paid to the training of the little ones with the activities of the pony school which contributes to the objective of bringing the little future riders closer to the magical world of the horse through pony games and more classic lessons.

Special courses are instead aimed at those who have suffered trauma and want to gradually approach the horse with the Horse Therapy courses.

More specific courses and internships are organized according to a rich calendar to explore topics such as equine anatomy and physiotherapy, horse trim and stretching and much more.
