Horses by the Beach

We want you to fall in love with horses as much as we do, from this idea was born Horses by the Beach, a center where you can live authentic equestrian experiences along the beaches of the Portuguese Atlantic.

Our equestrian center is located in Melides, a Portuguese village known for the water lagoons that run through the land until its arrival at the sea. It is a beautiful landscape to admire, and even more so if we do it on the back of impressive horses, fully equipped and equipped to make the experience >It is totally safe and enriching if you have never had any type of contact with a beautiful horse before.

As we have said, our origin arises from the passion we have towards horses, especially from the passion of a well-known Portuguese rider: Lourenço Aragão. He wanted to transfer his emotions to other people, therefore, we have created different horse riding rides along the beaches of the Alentejo coast , considered one of the most beautiful and largest beaches in Europe.

We have a team of specialized teachers who will help and guide you throughout the route, as well as multiple horses fully trained to fully enjoy the activity depending on of the level you have in the hands of a horse.
