Centro di Equitazione Marana

The Marana Riding Center is an equestrian center immersed in the Umbrian countryside, a short distance from the center of Perugia that offers trekking and horseback riding.

The many paths that wind through the countryside of Perugia and the great preparation of the instructors and guides of the center, allow both experts and beginners to participate in horseback riding on the splendid and docile specimens of the center, plunging into olive groves, woods and fields where nature and silence still reign once and for all.

For those who do not yet have experience on horseback and for children, Marana Riding Center also organizes horse-riding lessons , for the little ones, there are vaulting and paths on a grass field with small obstacles.

The itineraries of Marana Riding Center are structured according to the needs of the customers and can be organized as much in the day as in the moonlight; all guided by a multilingual licensed guide, able to hold the excursion in English, German and French .

Horse riding ranges from one or two hours , up to half a day and full day including a packed lunch or lunch break in one of the local facilities.

Among the most requested itineraries, those that cannot be missed are those to visit the abandoned castles of Bisciaio, Galtarotta, or an Etruscan tomb; for the more experienced riders also the possibility of carrying out treks of several days.
