"The experience was fantastic. Two employees who seemed to be managers or owners, phenomenal helping with everything (they were the ones who welcomed us). But what he would say is that afterwards, the people who "taught" us, (because it was the first time we rode a horse), didn't show much interest in our safety. In fact, they placed the reins wrong until a guy arrived who was great and put things in order, telling us what we should do."
