Company Overview

Looking to ride a horse, why not start driving a carriage? The British Carriage Driving association heads competitive carriage driving competitions and training in the UK. There are a few different types of competition carriage drivers can compete in:

  • Dressage
  • Marathon
  • Obstacle Cone Driving

British Carriagedriving offers a number of clinics, lectures, and seminars to train drivers. Lectures often explain competition rules. After learning to drive, you can compete in dressage which is a contest of judged pre-rehearsed movements. You can also compete in Marathon which is driving through obstacles and gates in the shortest amount of time possible, or cone driving which test speed and turning accuracy.
