On horseback in Camosciara awaits you to take you to experience the great emotions of a horseback ride in the saddle and to let you discover, in a unique way, the luxuriant nature of the Integral Reserve of Camosciara .
The starting point for all excursions is the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise , where for years the center has been organizing simple walks and trekking on horseback in the most beautiful mountains of the National Park.
If you need to experience a relaxing day in the name of nature and horses, we could become your point of reference!
We organize guided walks lasting a minimum of one hour up to a maximum of two days with overnight stays in a tent or refuge.
The itineraries we offer you through places of great naturalistic interest. The walks take place at the pass and are easily practicable by everyone .
For the more experienced there is the opportunity to experience the thrill of speed trotting and galloping on the vast altitude meadows of the most famous Protected Area in Italy.

How to get there?
From Rome: you can use the A24 / A25 Rome-L'Aquila-Pescara motorway, exiting at Celano or Pescina and continuing towards Bisegna (or Gioia dei Marsi), or the A1 Rome-Naples motorway, exiting at Frosinone, then continuing to Sora-Forca d'Acero thus crossing the Lazio side of the Park. A24-A25 motorway, Aielli exit, for Pescasseroli towards the Abruzzo National Park (towards Civitella Alfedena). From Pescara: A25 motorway, Pratola exit for Sulmona, Castel di Sangro, towards the Abruzzo National Park (towards Civitella Alfedena - Pescasseroli). From Naples: take the A1 motorway to the Caianello exit and continue to Venafro and Alfedena. Thus crossing the Molise side of the Park. From Bari: A14 Bari-Pescara motorway, Val di Sangro exit for Castel di Sangro towards the Abruzzo National Park (towards Pescasseroli-Civitella Alfedena).

Beautiful horseback ride in the evocative scenery of the Camosciara. Two of us were accompanied by Valerio, the mountain he lives in is fantastic, the animals he lives with are wonderful. Absolutely to do if he is in the area. -

It was a beautiful morning, we were 5 and on the walk we were accompanied by 2 instructors who were always very available, rather quiet horses even for the less experienced, the only consihlio per cho never went on horseback is to choose a walk that lasts a hour, maximum one and a half hours!
