I have done the group tour of half an hour around Lake Bracciano and the north of the city of Rome and it has been a wonderful experience.
Getting to the civilian area of the Roma Urbe airport was a small adventure that was solved by asking the people around but then the welcome from the pilot, the explanation of how the helicopter worked and the route to follow was wonderful.
The helicopter cannot fly over the city of Rome for security reasons, but the airport is so close that when approaching the airport you can see the Vatican, Altar de la Patria, the dome of the Pantheon very well, and you can fly over the area of the Stadium Olympic and Villa Ada. A wonderful visit that I recommend!
