Ascending to one of the most famous enclaves in Catalonia is not an easy task, as you face 720 meters above sea level. Therefore, do not deprive yourself of exploring the surroundings of the Montserrat Massif, make use of the zip rack and ascend comfortably and quickly!

For 15 minutes, you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Montserrat Mountain Natural Park through the panoramic windows of our rack train. With Turistren, you can go up from Monistrol to Montserrat with maximum comfort, also adapted for people with reduced mobility.

We have a free parking at the Monistrol-Vila station, where you can park if you come in your own car. And if you come by public transport, at the Montserrat station you can take the rack railway link. You won't have to rush, because our frequency is usually 20 minutes.

You will travel about 5 kilometers, overcoming a gap of almost 550 meters, passing through the Angel Tunnel, the Guilleumes Bridge and the Apostles Tunnel until you reach the Montserrat station, under the Plaza de la Creu.

The Montserrat train was born from the need to improve the way to get up to the sanctuary, both for devotees and pilgrims and then for all tourists and visitors.
