We are Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, one of the most historic, successful and beloved football clubs - not just in London, not just in England, but in the world. Our home is the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which stands on the site of our previous ground, White Hart Lane, in North London. We play in the top flight of British football, the Premier League.

Founded in 1882 by a bunch of schoolboys, by 1901 we’d already won the FA Cup. Since then, victories milestones have come thick and fast, with highlights including the 1960-1 season, when we were the first team to achieve the League and FA Cup Double, winning the first UEFA Cup in 1972 and, more recently, finishing the 2018–19 UEFA Champions League as runners up.

We have the best fans in football world, and we welcome them not just to watch us play, but also to tour our stadium. It’s a fascinating experience, where you’ll find out what a premier sports facility (it’s the third biggest stadium in the country) takes to run, see some iconic memorabilia of the club and learn some fascinating trivia too.

Did you know, for example, that we are the only British football team to be named after a soldier? Sir Henry Percy was a fourteenth century knight who earned the nickname Harry Hotspur for his frightening speed - a quality we’re very proud to carry forward with us.
