Museo del Esquí

Cercedilla is the municipality where the Ski Museum is located, the large space dedicated to snow and all the sports carried out in it. This place, the only one in the country that collects information of this nature in such a specialized way, will delight those fans of skiing and the rest of the activities that take place in the white mantle.

Among its walls you will find exhibitions that cover the history of snow sports, from their origins to how they have evolved to the present day. You will also be able to see an exhibition about the Sierra de Guadarrama, a space where the beginnings of skiing took place in our country, as well as a space dedicated to Paquito Fernández Ochoa, the renowned first national winner of a medal in this sport.

With an area of 120 square meters, you can find in our museum interesting temporary exhibitions of various themes, always related to snow sports. We also organize guided outings some weekends of each month, such as the Senda del Agua or visits to Cercedilla in which you can explore all its cultural offerings.
