Casa Vicens Gaudí
Company Overview
Transport yourself to 1885 by visiting Antoni Gaudí's first great work: Casa Vicens. Located in the Barcelona neighborhood of Gràcia, this house was built as a summer residence, although it is currently a museum open to the public.
Visit this work declared World Heritage by UNESCO, one of the most curious of Catalan modernism. It has a façade full of white and green tiles, as well as a garden designed in accordance with the architecture of the place.
Inside you will find the permanent exhibition in which the history of Casa Vicens is displayed, as well as Gaudí's creative context. By visiting this exhibition you will understand why it is one of his key works for his evolution as an artist.
In every corner of the house you can see how Gaudí was inspired by nature and oriental influences, which are reflected even in the small details.
You can take a free tour to go completely at your own pace, although we recommend the guided tour with our experts so that you don't miss a single detail.
Don't miss the predecessor of the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, one of the many jewels that the architect left around the city.
