You will enjoy a great day at the zoo and you will be able to spend the entire afternoon with us, because we are open from 10 in the morning until 6 in the afternoon. You will find stroller rentals of all kinds to come with the little ones, as well as restaurants and areas where you can eat and have a snack.
Visiting our zoo in Espinardo is quite an experience, and we don't just say it, but because our facilities have environmental enrichment, so the animals' spaces are conditioned for that they are in a comfortable environment. Their habitats are reproductions of their natural places and they also have toys and diverse diets.
With this special entry to the zoo for seniors during the winter season you will meet animals from several continents and learn about their current environmental situation, since they are grouped according to their danger classifications. You will be able to see species from all environments; aerial, terrestrial, aquatic, carnivorous, herbivorous and omnivorous, and all this seeing the most exotic of several continents, such as:
- Africa, where there are ring-tailed lemurs, white rhinos, Massai giraffes and lions.
- Iberian Peninsula, where the most fascinating native animals of all are found, such as mongooses, Iberian wolves, otters and brown bears.
- Or you can also see the environment where animals from various continents live, such as leopards, African marabou or griffon vultures.
What does the activity include
- Entrance to the zoo for adults over 60 years old during the winter season.
When your activity starts and finishes
- From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in January and February.
- March and April from Monday to Friday: from 10:00 to 18:00. Weekends in April until 7:00 p.m.
- From 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from May to June 19.
- From 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from June 20 to September 4.
- From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in November and December.
