This expert viticulturist believes that there is a more natural way to exploit the countryside, and that is why he refuses to stop working the vineyards as his ancestors did. His family was a pioneer in making organic wines in the Ribera del Duero. But what is organic farming? We will tell you that it is a way of life, but you will have to attend one of Lázaro's talks to understand why it is so important to work the land in this way.
If you come to our wineries, you can enjoy a guided tour of the organic vineyards, as well as the wineries. You will also visit the traditional winery from the 16th century, which was recently restored. This is extremely important to us, since it is where we age a large part of our wines. And as a final culmination, you can enjoy a tasting of two of our best organic wines: Kirios de Adrada and Ácrata.

You will learn a lot about oenology, and you will live a unique experience for the senses.
