For two hours, you will be working with an instructor boosting the basic concepts and techniques, so you reinforce; your confidence level, the control of the board, manage the wind, practice upwind and downwind aka to be an expert turning around, and performing some manoeuvres on the future. We can tell you by now that you will start this lesson with non-experience or a little bit, and you will leave with a desire for more.
For this session, we only request that every participant is capable to swim 50m without aid and must be able-bodied. Since this is a private session, there is a maximum of 2 people per group; also, know that included is all the equipment needed except for wetsuits (you will be able to hire them with us if you don't have your own). Please make sure to bring your wetsuit if you have one, sunscreen, shoes that might get wet, and any other equipment you might need depending on weather conditions.
