The objective of this program is to develop skills that will enable you to have total control of the windsurf board while wearing a harness and to do tacking and gybing more quickly. Carve gybes, deep beach starts, and being comfortable with foot straps will all be covered during the planning course!
It's an excellent method to strengthen your core muscles as you manage the surfboard while windsurfing. It facilitates the development of your upper- and lower-body muscles' strength!
