In particular, in this trial lesson you will learn to hoist the sail, to put yourself in the best position to start and to rotate the board to change the direction of travel.
Once the theoretical lesson is over, we go to sea! Once you are in the water you will be captivated by truly unique emotions, unforgettable adrenaline rushes and overwhelming ecstasy, it will be a truly unforgettable experience!
To practice this sport there is absolutely no need to be trained but you must know how to swim and be in good physical health. Remember to bring sunscreen, swimsuit and towel to enjoy this experience in maximum comfort!
