Our lessons will take place at the Poetto location in Cagliari city: an expert instructor will take care of explaining to you all the basic techniques for keeping yourself upright on the board and for adjusting the sail. Since we know that these may be your first lessons, we have chosen a location where the waves are not aggressive, so that you can successfully put into practice the strategies explained by the teacher.
It is possible to carry out the lessons individuallyor in asmall groupmade up of maximum two people, to guarantee maximum attention to each of the participants. If you don't have the necessary equipment, don't worry because we will provide you with everything you need before starting. The lesson will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes; we are sure that after the first class you will fall in love with this beautiful and adrenaline-filled sport.
