- Your Windsurf session will include preparation on the sand and application of the lesson in the water. It will last three hours in total.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced, take part in a course with one of our certified instructors to perfect your technique and increase the strong emotions at sea. For this, we are waiting for you on the beach of Saint Cyprien 20 minutes by car from Perpignan.
There you will meet the instructor who will accompany you on this three-hour adventure. You will start the session on the sand with a briefing on how Windsurf equipment works, how to practice this sport and the safety rules.
After you have put on a wetsuit and a life jacket, the practical course will begin with a warm-up, still on the sand. You will then be invited to carry out several exercises to master windsurfing techniques in several stages.
