You will benefit from the expertise of a state qualified instructor who will offer you a tailor-made session based on your level. Arm yourself with curiosity, enthusiasm and perseverance and your instructor will accompany you in the discovery of this exciting sport.
The session will last two hours in total, and you will start on the sand, warming up your muscles while assimilating the theoretical bases of the practice. Once you have assimilated the safety instructions specific to it, you can collect the windsurfing equipment.
The latter will notably include a water-resistant camera so that you can keep the memory of this adventure, and share it with your loved ones. You and your instructor will also have a radio to keep you in communication during the session.
In this way, your instructor will be able to offer you personalized exercises in order to correct your technique and make you a windsurfing professional in the making... Depending on your comfort, you may even learn how to do jibes and loops!
