That's why we have prepared this advanced wingfoil course for you, so that you can focus on improving each of your movements. >on the board and travel the sea enjoying the views and the technique of this sport.
To do this, we need 3 hours of your time. It will be 3 hours in which we will review all the basic concepts, handling and assembly of the wingfoil equipment, such as the sail and the own table. We will dedicate a few minutes so that you learn to detect risk situations and know how to act if you find yourself faced with one.
Afterwards we will dedicate part of the time to technique, where you will get to know the thrust zone of the board, you will learn to move thanks to the thrust of the sail ( wing) and you will enjoy the sea, directing the navigation by combining the position of the sail and the board itself. And to feel like a pro on the board, you will have the pleasure of learning to change direction on the board itself and give a twist to your trip through the Galician waters.
