This windsurfing lesson that we offer will allow you to start practicing this sport from the basics, with an instructor who will accompany you step by step in the learning process. The purpose of this lesson, which you can do alone or with two other people, is to acquire the main techniques of this discipline which will allow you to rent a windsurfing board in the future. In fact, after this one-hour lesson, you will be able to navigate independently without the help of an instructor.
The lesson is divided into two parts and consists of an introductory briefing on the equipment to use, the posture to maintain on the board and the main maneuvers to perform, and a practical part in which you can practice everything you have learned. The instructor is at your disposal to agree on the time of the activity according to the needs of both of you.
The material to use during the activity is provided by our team, so you don't have to worry about anything. To carry out the activity, a certificate of sound constitution is required.
N.B. It is possible to purchase a private lesson for a single person, for two people or for a group of three people.
