Standing in balance on a Surfboard, you hold a sail in your hands that you use to receive the force of the wind, moving you forward and head out onto the water. This sail is attached by an articulated mast to the board, which is in turn equipped with a foil.
It is precisely this element which makes the Windfoil particular and which differentiates it from the windsurfing.

For this, the water sports school of Savel-Monteynard in Isère offers you to learn from an instructor state qualifiedand with efficient equipment and easy to use. He will welcome you in a group of a maximum of four people, which will allow him to provide personalized support to each participant!

- In summer, hours extend from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and until 8 p.m. on weekends.

If you are over 10 years old and you know how to swim, this is your opportunity to push your limits... But also those of gravity! A trendy discipline among adventurers, the Windfoilis inspired by windsurfing, with the same detail as a foil is placed under the board and propels it out of the water.
Find one of our state qualified instructors at the nautical base of Savel – Monteynardin Mayres-Savel, an hour by car from Grenoble. After a briefing on the safety instructions and the basics of the discipline, you will collect the Windfoil equipment and you will be entitled to a session of 'a free quarter of an hour to give it a try!
In a maximum group of four people, your instructor will teach you how to handle the sail so as to fly on the water. You will have two hours to assimilate the techniques at your own pace, and to seek advice from the instructor who will stay by your side to provide personalized support and progress quickly.
It’s up to you to dare to Windfoil!
Good to know: Remember to bring shorts to complement the overalls provided by the school.
