Your sessions will take place within the Thau Pond, the largest body of water in Occitanie. The nature is completely preservedand the landscapes offer you breathtaking sunsets. This body of water welcomes both nautical activities and economic activities. Indeed, you can admire the numerous oyster beds, present for more than 100 years. It is located in Hérault, in the Occitanie region.
For these sessions, we welcome you to our structure at 11 rue Saint Nicolas, in Bouzigues. You will be supported by our team with whom you will review your objectives. This will allow the instructors to adapt the sessions according to your needs. Following this, they will give you your equipment and brief you on the progress and content of the upcoming sessions.
You will then go to the beachthen, onto the water, for very complete training. You will learn, for example, the vocabulary specific to navigation, to handle the board, to steer with the wind, to maneuver... At the end of each session, you will take stock of what you will have learned and about the program for the next session.
