We invite you to discover WingSurfduring a 2-hour lesson. This course is accessible to everyone, beginners and advanced alike, and does not require any specific physical condition.
Our structure is located in Frontignan, in the Hérault department. The commune of Frontignan is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea to the east and by the Thau pond to the west. The school is also 15 minutes from Montpellierand 10 minutes from Sète.
For this WingSurf course, we are waiting for you in Frontignan. Here, you will be welcomed by our team who will explain the activity to you and give you your equipment. You will then head towards Ingril Pond, located 1 km from the meeting place, with your instructor and the other students.
This shallow body of water will allow you to quickly assimilate the theoretical contributions taught and gain rapid confidence. During the course, you will learn to steer, to master the sail, to manage the power... all this, under the experienced eye and wise advice of your instructor >. At the end of the course, you will debrief with our team on this sliding moment and return your equipment to our staff.
Please note:
- We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before the group schedule.
- The minimum weight is 45 kilos to be comfortable on the board.
- You will never be more than 4 people per group.
- If you have a wetsuit and neoprene slippers, we advise you to bring them, otherwise, you will find some on site for rental.

- You can take your WingSurf lesson every day, around 9 a.m. or around 1/2 p.m. We invite you to contact our team the day before the activity to find out the exact time of your course.
