Deal overview
This is the perfect beginner session to get your wakeboarding journey off to a flying start, so no vast experience is required, but to hire our wakeboards, you must first test out our kneeboards unless you can already wakeboard behind a boat or straight-line cable.
We also have slower sessions for juniors, but this faster-paced wakeboarding experience is for anyone 12 years old and over to explore the beautiful Rother Valley Country Park, enjoy its natural beauty and learn to wakeboard confidently for two hours.
This beginner session is full of action and opportunities to practice your skills, but our highly qualified instructors will need to deliver a safety briefing and provide tuition to prepare you for the session; once completed, you can grab a grab a cable and head off on your own, but if and when you fall, you need to swim back to the bank and walk to the starting point at the dock.
We have some essential entry conditions, including all participants being able to swim unaided for 50 metres and without glasses. You must also be physically fit and have read a disclaimer or code of practice before the session. We provide a wakeboard, helmet and buoyancy aid with wetsuits available for hire, but we recommend bringing swimwear, appropriate footwear and a towel for dying afterwards.
