Specifically, the one we will do will be of medium-low difficulty, so it can be a good opportunity for you to get started in this sport. It is located in the upper area of the Genal Valley, and we will advance along a vertical route with the help of handrails, nails, staples or monkey bridges, until we reach the top and enjoy a sensational view of the landscape.
You must be between 4 and 10 people, and we will provide you with all the materials, both individual, such as the protective helmet, harness and carabiners, and collective, such as ropes. You will also be guided by a specialized guide who will teach you all the steps to advance correctly, body position to ascend, as well as safety measures.
The schedule will be in the morning, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., although the end time will depend on the number of participants. There is no better way to take advantage of the morning than to enjoy nature, breathe fresh air, and do a little exercise to feel healthy.
