The objective of our course is for you to achieve the autonomy and skill necessary to cross this type of roads with complete safety.
To do this, you will need specific knowledge since, far from seeming like an activity for everyone, it hides difficulties that, if not overcome correctly, can have serious consequences. For this reason, we rigorously teach the notions of this mountain sport.
We will emphasize the physical, tactical, technical and psychological factors that influence practice, so that once the course is finished you can practice this sport without problem and with total confidence, always adapting your level to the via ferrata.
We will meet first thing in the morning in our center of Penedés, and then embark on the route towards the spectacular surroundings that this area offers us, such as Montral.
The groups will be small, maximum 4 people and always over 14 years old, to provide the most personalized attention possible and guarantee good learning by the student.
