We offer you a daring itinerary in the Via ferrata Les Demoiselles du Castagnet, between Digneand Nice, come and observe a setting between vegetation and relief of the mountain.
To complete the course, make sure you have all the keys in hand. These different steps will ensure you have a successful activity:

• The appropriate equipment, that is to say: harness and helmet, as well as training on how to use them wisely
• Know and put into practice the safety instructions
• Recognize the level of difficulty appropriate to your physical abilities

Once ready and equipped, you can begin your ascent by following the via ferrata route.

Proceed at your own pace, using the handholds and rungs to climb up and down the wall, take advantage of this moment by taking a few breaks to rest and admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, the strong>valleysand gorges.

Once the summit of the via ferrata is reached, you can admire the peak of Anie, one of the highest peaks in the region offering a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. You can then go back down via a hiking path provided for this purpose.
