The via ferrata of La Brigue is a lovely course with rope bridges and athletic crossings, the initial section is quite physically demanding. The halfway point is marked by the zip line which is optional. The next section consists of a succession of longer rope bridges.
This via ferrata is a route of approximately 2.5 hours, including a 120 meter zip line that connects the two sections. A course for thrill seekers: the longest zip line in the Alpes-Maritimes and six rope bridges, the highest of which is 27 meters long.
The sequence of the activity is as follows:

- Provision of necessary equipment?
- Return to the starting point of the activity.
- You will discover for yourself a series of ladders and rope bridges.
- The first partof the via ferratais more or less sporty. Then you have the opportunity to do a 120 meter zip line.
- The rest of the route is less physically demanding, but the increasingly long rope bridges provide plenty of thrills.
- At the end of the route, we descend to the village of La Brigue.
