The urban camp takes place from Monday to Friday, in different shifts.

We are delighted to be able to hold some fantastic urban technological camps in the heart of Madrid this summer (we are on Hermosilla Street, in the Salamanca neighborhood).
We want to bring everything related to science, technology, mathematics and engineering closer to children aged 5-15, always with a fun and appropriate methodology for these ages.
In this way we will achieve a first approach to these areas of knowledge through practical activities that children will be fascinated by.
The urban camp is led by experts in these disciplines. In addition, group activities are carried out, promoting teamwork. Likewise, we give children a lot of space to develop their own ideas, since creativity is essential.
During this urban camp, programming and electronics will be worked on thanks to specific tools for children such as the Scratch language, Arduino or AppInventor (from MIT).
We will pay a visit to The Robot Museum to continue learning things while having fun.
We have laboratories where we can develop and build the projects we imagine. From video games, mobile apps, robots... We have all the necessary tools!
For the little ones (5-7 years old) we use the "Junior Inventors" system, with versions of the programs, robots and crafts, adapted to them. As for the older ones (8 and up), the system will be "Senior Inventors", and we will work on more advanced projects.
The camp will be held from Monday to Friday, and you can choose between morning or afternoon hours. If you would like to bring the children also on Saturday and/or Sunday, it could be booked separately.
Every week we will do different content, so it is great if you sign your children up for more than one shift, since they will learn new things. In addition, there will be special discounts both for coming to more than one shift and for coming with siblings (and they can be accumulated).
Also worth noting is that the camp is bilingual in English. We will give the explanations in both Spanish and English, to learn very useful technical vocabulary.
Places are limited to be able to work in small groups and make the most of the sessions, so don't think too long to book.
Don't worry about the prior knowledge your child has or doesn't have. We always adapt to the participants and start from the base they have.
All material that isneeded for the development of the camp, is included.
