20-minute ULM swing experience, meanders of the Allier
General information
Deal overview
If you have never ridden in a tilting ULM, this baptism of around twenty minutes is the flight that we offer for a first experience with an instructor. It all starts with rolling on the grass track at our Maringues base, until the wheels leave the ground and the plain opens up beneath you. You will then follow the meanders of the Allier river at a height of approximately 450 meters, and you will see all the curves from above, before a loop above the Limagne plain which reveals the Chaîne des Puys and Clermont-Ferrand to the west, and the Bourbonnaise Mountain with Vichy to the east.
The briefing and harnessing are done on the base before taking off. The conditions are the same as for our other baptisms: from 10 years old and up to 100 kg for the passenger. To fly longer, we also offer circuits from Maringues of around 40 minutes and one hour.
