The course is made up of 2 theoretical-practical classes, 2 hours each (one on Saturday, and the other on Sunday).
We will leave you the board and the wetsuit, and you will have the assistance of a professional instructor, who will teach you the basic techniques so that you can defend yourself with the board in the water.
