The first thing you should know is that it lasts 20 hours, divided into daily classes of 2 hours from Monday to Friday for two weeks. During all this time you will put yourself in the hands of our monitors, who are qualified by the E.H.S.F, who will give you all the facilities so that you can take advantage of the course as much as possible.
The objective of this course is for you to learn paddling and standing techniques on the board. We will also teach you the importance of warming up and stretching before and after the activity. We will do the practice both in the sand and in the water.
