We offer you a surf class with one of our instructors. This training will be perfect for you if you have never had a first contact with this sport before. You will know the materials with which you will carry out the activity, which we will provide you.
For an hour and a half, you will receive explanations, safety rules and advice, you will have to adapt /strong>to the aquatic environment, knowing each of the waves of the Costa da Caparica, adapting to each of the postures that you must take on the board and you will have to carry all the training in practice, catching some of the waves that will open your way in your first experience.

You have an hour and a half ahead of you, in which one of our professional instructors will explain to you what are the perfect maneuvers to cut the waves and maintain balance on the surfboard. You will begin by reading the sea, knowing first-hand the environment in which it will develop, and we are talking about the Costa da Caparica, the place chosen by many surfers due to its perfect waves,
You will have the opportunity to improve each of the techniques, such as the top turn, the bottom turn and cut back, so that once you find yourself in the middle of the Atlantic you can develop everything you learned during the master class and you can feel the surfer spirit on the board.
