For an hour and a half, you will receive explanations, safety rules and advice, you will have to adapt /strong>to the aquatic environment, knowing each of the waves of the Costa da Caparica, adapting to each of the postures that you must take on the board and you will have to carry all the training in practice, catching some of the waves that will open your way in your first experience.
