This complete surfing course is the best way to learn all the secrets of this sport or simply to improve your skills and competences in the waters of the province of Rome.
The course can be carried out in the main seaside resorts of the province of Rome, among these we findSanta Severa, Santa Marinella, Cerenova, Torre Flavia, Fregene, Sabaudia and Circeo. Normally, however, the most common locations, favorable conditions and waves, are those of Fregena and Santa Severa.
The course includes theoretical lessons and practical lessons distributed over three consecutive appointments for a total of 7 and 30 minutes in total. The lessons will start from the level of each student and then you will slowly learn as many notions as possible about this sport.
In the theoretical part you will learn all the fundamental notions and principles of surfing, how to interpret the weather conditions on site, safety in and out of the sea, the history and technology of surf boards strong>. In the practical part, however, the prone to feet, the paddling on the board, the movements between the peaks and balance while sitting, how to calculate the thrust of the wave, how to exploit the wall and all the best maneuvers for sailing on the water.
At the end of the course you will have to take an exam to put into practice all the skills you have learned and you will be issued a certificate certifying that you have passed the surfing course.
