In this surfing course consisting of 5 lessons, we will show you that even in Liguria it is possible to learn to stand on the board and implement techniques and tricks of this fantastic discipline.
By finding us on the Fiumaretta di Ameglia beach, near our outdoor center, you will meet the expert teacher who will accompany you on this adventure riding the waves.
Each lesson will last an hour and a half each, consisting of a first theoretical part and a second practical one.
After having learned the rules to be respected both in and out of the water in an initial briefing and having seen how to use the board and the rest of the equipment, it will be time to start.
In this part of the surf lesson you will warm up in the water and slowly try to maintain your balance on the surf and become a real expert!
