The lesson will be carried out in a group with a maximum of six people and is divided into an initial theoretical part on the beach and then into a practical part at sea. In the theoretical part, our instructors will explain the fundamental principles and basics of surf, while in the practical part, in the water, they will follow you step by step to provide you with a quality and safe service.
During this lesson you will learn safety in and out of the water, reading the weather conditions, the best techniques for standing up on the surf board, paddling on the board and how to calculate the thrust of the wave to make the most of it at the start.
