We carry out these private lessons in different locations in the province of Rome based on the weather conditions, but normally we prefer to carry them out in our headquarters in Fregene or in that of Santa Severa because the wind and waves are more favorable.
The lesson will be divided into a theoretical part on the beach and a practical part at sea. During the theoretical lesson you will learn safety in and out of the water, how to read the weather and marine conditions on site and the principles and basic notions of surf.
In the practical part, however, you will learn the technique of prone to feet, paddling on the board, how to move between peaks, how to maintain balance while sitting and how to calculate the thrust of the 'wave to make the most of it during the start.
During the entire duration of the activity our instructors will ensure a quality and safe service and will follow you step by step to help you learn as much as possible about this fantastic sport.

Lessons are held at 09:00, 11:30 and 17:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Fregene.
