The adventure will begin on the shore of Alagoa beach, where one of our experienced instructors will be waiting to share the experience with us. First, we will attend to the theoretical explanations about the postures, paddling and technique to follow to be able to surf the waves in total safety.
Once the theory is established, we will move on to practice in the waters of the Atlantic. We will go in, accompanied at all times by the instructor, who will help us get on and stay on the board and will correct us as necessary so as not to have any incidents during the activity.
You won't have to worry about anything, since the instructor will adapt to your level and will also provide you with all the necessary material to carry out the activity.
