Group surf lesson in the Landes - 2h

Have you ever dreamed of sliding on water? It's time to make your dreams come true with our two-hour group course on the coasts of southwest France!

Our course will help you progress whatever your level and will give you a pleasant time in the Landes waters. We offer several spots on the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton as well as 7 meeting places strong>which can be adapted according to your needs.

This course is open to any level and to all your desires, don't be afraid to take the plunge! Your graduate instructor from the FFS (French Surfing Federation) is qualified to provide you with what you need.

During this group course, you will have the opportunity to have personalized coaching adapted to the number of participants. If you come in a group, there can be a maximum of 8 of you.
On the other hand, if you take a class alone or accompanied by one to 3 people, there will only be 5 of you. This is a considerable advantage for progressing more quickly and learning sustainably while having fun. Meet other surfers and learn with them!

We provide you with all the adapted equipment for your comfort: the surfboards adapted to each level and wetsuits adapted to each season. If you want to try the adventure in winter, don't be discouraged, we have gloves, balaclavas and ankle boots so you don't catch a cold.
We have changing rooms and showers to offer you all possible comfort.

Once you have been welcomed by your teacher at the meeting place, the class will begin:

• We will provide you with the appropriate equipment and you will go get ready
• Time for a warm-up and a briefing on the course
• The course begins
• Debriefing and exchange of your feelings with the teacher

Your teacher can film you so that you can analyze your progress throughout the session and keep this unique memory forever!

Please note: bring a towel, sunscreen and water and be sure to arrive 30 to 15 minutes early so as not to waste time on your surf lesson !

Want to escape and adventure in the waves of the Landes? These five surf lessons in the spots of Hossegor, Capbreton and Seignosse are waiting for you!

We have a minibus which allows us to change spots during the sessions if we wish. This allows us to discover new placesand new waves!
We can go surfing on the beaches of Soorts-Hoosegor (La Sud, La Centrale, La Graviere or les Naturistes), those of Seignosse (Les Gardians, Les Estagnots, Les Bourdaines, Le Penon, L'Agréou or Les Casernes) or even those of Capbreton (Notre-Dame, Le Prévent, Santocha, La Piste, Les VVF or la Pointe).

Each of these spots offers us magnificent waves which are just waiting for us to be unleashed!

Schedule of your courses:

• You will be warmly welcomed on the beach chosen in advance by your instructor, you will meet him and get to know the other apprentice surfers.
• For your comfort, the material and equipment will be provided to you by the guide. Once prepared, time for theoretical teaching!
• On the beach you will learn how to stand on a surfboard, catch waves and ride them!
• You will continue your lesson in the water with your instructor in order to put into practice what you have learned!

Your experienced guide and instructor will be with you during each lesson to give you indications, help you and guide you through the water. Thanks to the five courses, he will see your evolution and will be able to give you the best advice so that you evolve even further.

Wanting to implement a modern pedagogy, pushing for autonomous learning, but sustained, the group lessons are take place in groups of 5 people maximum: your support becomes almost personalized. Your guide will be able to focus on each of you, which promises quality learning and optimal progress!

At your request, he can film you so that you keep a memory of these great moments in the waves.

The surfboards and the wetsuits will be provided to you by us. They are available and suitable for all levels and all seasons. For winter we have boots, gloves and balaclavas, whatever the season, the surf adventure is calling!
