Throughout the lessons on Hossegor beach, our instructors will cover subjects such as warming up, wave analysis, technique, recovery, maneuvers, weather, priority and safety instructions. However, the majority of your lesson will be focused on practice and the number of waves you take.

- Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled class time.
- Don't forget to bring your towel, sunscreen and drink!
- You will be informed of the meeting place a few days before the activity.
- The group cannot exceed 3 people.
