Come and take part in our surfing test session to discover this exceptional board sport which has seduced many. You will be accompanied by a qualified instructor who will share with you the secrets of this most fun nautical activity.
In order to optimize the development of each of our students, our groups do not exceed 8 people. This ensures more personalized monitoring focused on your areas of progress.
Your instructor will choose the best spot of the day to help you discover this magnificent sport and share his passion with you. You will mainly operate on a calm beach away from the crowds. The wild nature that surrounds the place will offer you a sensational discovery in a magical setting.
We assure you that you will be able to benefit from a most complete briefing with a qualified instructor, passionate and attentive. He will follow you in the water and give advice to help you improve. He will accompany you throughout your session and your progress.
In addition to benefiting from technical advice, with it, you can also learn to analyze the weather conditions on which surfing depends (winds, banks of sand, tides...).
Your comfort and your well-being and our priority during your test session. For this, we will provide you with a shorty or full wetsuit depending on the weather and a suitable surfboard. All you have to do is bring your swimsuit and towel! (and possibly a tube of sunscreen).
We are waiting for you in our center on Negade beach between Soulac-sur-Mer and Grayan-et-l'Hôpital. It is located just 30 minutes from Lesparre, and less than 2 hours from Bordeaux. You will be properly received by our team and you will meet your instructor.
Before going to sea, your instructor will share technical instructions with you and explain the basic movements to apply. After a little warm-up, you can escape through thewaves and finally discover this most popular sportfun.fun.

Lovers of the ocean, of sports or even just curious, surfing will seduce you and is the ideal activity to recharge your batteries, as close as possible to nature. This formula called "awakening" is intended for people who have never practiced surfing or only a few times, and who wish to get started. These three sessions will allow you to acquire the basics necessary to practice this discipline and to be independent on the water.
Our surf school is located on Négade Beach, a wild beach on which there are two half-submerged bunkers. This beach is located south of Soulac-sur-Mer, a town located in the New Aquitaine region. This is the ideal surfing spot because it is not very popular with tourists and offers a setting adapted to your level.
We will meet you directly on the Négade beach, at our school. Here, you will be welcomed by our professional instructors who will explain the three courses to you. They will then give you your equipment which will obviously be adapted to your level and your size.
Then, you will head out onto the sand for a warm-up and a briefing on the behavior to adopt and the safety instructions to follow. Following this, you will begin your course with theoretical and technical contributions which will take place both on the beach and on the water. Our instructors will teach you how to analyze weather conditions, understand the ocean and progress in surfing mastery. They follow you in the water to be as close as possible to you and to be able to assist you at any time.
Once the session is over, you will return to dry land for a debriefing where you will hand over your equipment to your instructor. The 2 courses that will follow will obviously be different and will make you rework the less mastered points in order to gain confidence on the water.

- This activity is possible from 14 years old.
